Overview
naseba and Aquitude have developed a special three-day modular programme especially designed for women in leadership roles within the Middle East. Each aspect of the programme builds on a previous session, however they can also be taken as individual modules for those looking to focus on specific aspects.
Using the latest neuro-scientific techniques and personal development insights, this programme looks at two main areas of leadership:
- Whole Brain™ leadership: This workshop facilities understanding of your leadership strengths and ‘blind spots’ – determining ways to overcome the latter without undermining the former. You identify tangible strategies to build your leadership arsenal to lead, influence and inspire your key stakeholders.
- Being the change agent: Any leadership role requires adaptability and personal agility. In this part of the programme, your personal leadership style is complemented with practical techniques that enable you to adapt to change. This is in conjunction with learning how to inspire open and trustful communication and effective decision-making in those around you – making you a catalyst for successful transformations.
Research has proven that women are excellent negotiators, as they use what is called ‘integrative bargaining’ techniques in negotiations with men. However, they often feel intimidated. This session is designed to guide women through their stylistic differences with their male counterparts and offer practical techniques to negotiate in a man’s world.
A perspective-changing workshop designed to encourage participants to switch off their own cultural lens and reduce categorisation and stereotyping. Participants develop cross-cultural awareness and a business-savvy attitude through Aquitude’s 5-step CultureFlex™ process.
Each part of the course is designed to enhance your leadership skills and develop your performance in your specific industry. Each topic is covered in one day and you are able to choose which day(s) you would like to attend.
Every participant on our Women in Leadership course will also receive a copy of Christina’s globally-recognised book: Your Loss: How to win back your Female Talent.
One whole chapter in the book is dedicated to women, offering practical advice about what they can do for themselves to become confident and transformational change agents, critical for today’s highly volatile business environments.
